1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality services. If you are unsatisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date to address your concerns. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including providing necessary corrections at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Services were not performed as scheduled due to an error on our part.

• Services were incomplete or did not meet agreed-upon standards despite corrections being made.

• Overcharges or duplicate payments were made.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Dissatisfaction resulting from factors beyond our control, such as weather or environmental conditions.

• Services were declined or canceled after the team arrived at the service location.

• Dissatisfaction without providing an opportunity for us to correct the issue.

4. Refund Process

• Service date and description.

• Reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for service cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling: Services can be rescheduled with no penalty if at least 24 hours' notice is given.
